A straightforward method where you set specific prices based on conditions.
How it works:
- Set a fixed price value that applies when certain conditions are met
- Multiple scenarios can be created with different prices
- System checks conditions and applies the matching price
Example 1: National Park Entry Fee
Business Case: Different rates for visitors based on age and residency
Scenario 1:
- Condition: ID Type = CHILD_ID
- Price: 5,000 RWF
- Currency: RWF
Scenario 2:
- Condition: ID Type = NID
- Price: 10,000 RWF
- Currency: RWF
Scenario 3:
- Condition: ID Type = FOREIGNER_ID
- Price: 20,000 RWF
- Currency: RWF
Example 2: Business Registration Fee
Business Case: Fees vary based on company type and size
Scenario 1:
- Conditions:
* Company Type = SMALL_ENTERPRISE
* Employee Count < 10
- Price: 50,000 RWF
Scenario 2:
- Conditions:
* Company Type = MEDIUM_ENTERPRISE
* Employee Count >= 10
* Employee Count <= 50
- Price: 100,000 RWF
Scenario 3:
- Conditions:
* Company Type = LARGE_ENTERPRISE
* Employee Count > 50
- Price: 250,000 RWF
- Scenario Panels: Each scenario contains:
- (a) Price input field
- (b) Currency selector
- (c) Optional Condition section with:
- Attribute selector (Field in Form: eg: ID Type)
- Comparator dropdown (Equal To, Greater Than, Greater or Equal To, Less Than, Less or Equal To)
- Value field(Input for value you want compare field with: e.g:, CHILDID. Note that this will be pre-filled with available option if the attribute selected is a DropDown contain known properties.
- Add Condition button: Adds more conditions within the same scenario
