Configure the KIPA Amendment of Contracts, Industrial Parks service from its SRD in the SRD documentation. KIPA (Kivu Industrial Parks Agency) is a fictional training institution; the form comes from a real service. The SRD gives every field key, rule, price, transition, office, officer form field, certificate placeholder, notification text, translation and test case. You build:
- Form with conditional fields and attachments (A6b).
- Dynamic pricing: six scenarios on reason and currency, one of them a formula (
50000 + (plotSize * 10) RWF for a land size change), the others fixed amounts in RWF or USD (B1 to B5).
- Payment routing: a dynamic account and payment code chosen by the currency (B6).
- Three approval levels with ESCALATE, an office per level, and rejection and correction at every level (B8, B8b). Use the office ids your trainer gives you.
- Officer form on level 3 (UPI number, new total amount, contract start date) with APPROVE_WITH_FORM (A10).
- Certificate: the contract, generated on the level 3 approval and attached to the approval notification, reading form answers, officer inputs and the approving officer (B9).
- Notifications and translations in English, Kinyarwanda and French.
Then:
- Run the SRD test cases. TC1 (formula, 75,000 RWF) goes through the three levels to APPROVED; open the contract and check every placeholder in every language.
- TC2: a USD scenario is billed in USD on the USD account and code.
- TC6: a correction requested at level 2 comes back to level 2, with no new bill. TC7: a rejection at level 1 sends the comment.
- Raise a ticket on the Irembo service desk with your full name, email, the change request name and the application numbers of TC1 (approved), TC2 (paid), TC6 and TC7.
- Scenarios are ordered, mutually exclusive and cover every option (no "did not fulfil any condition")
- Accounts and payment codes match the scenario currency; the merchant is fixed
- Bill, office assignments and certificate are breaking; notifications are non-breaking
- Each ESCALATE carries an OFFICE_ASSIGNMENT for the next level; each level has its own PENDING_RESUBMISSION state
- The officer form key is exactly PENDING_OFFICER_PROCESSING_LEVEL_3-APPROVE_WITH_FORM
- Certificate placeholders for dropdowns use .vars; certificateExpirationDays is set (17885 days in the SRD)
Tip · check your own work in Kibana first
Search each test application number (lesson D5). No ERROR lines means the reviewer will not find any either.
