Gotcha · pick the institution before you follow a link
An organization admin account can cover several institutions, and the active one can change between logins. A change request link opened in the wrong institution silently sends you to the dashboard. Switch the institution first.
Tip · the service code
The service code (for example SRVF276B710 for the demo) is assigned at go-live. Support tickets and Kibana searches use it.
A new service was signed off with Citizen Portal ticked, but citizens still cannot find it. What is missing?
- A. The QA reviewer must approve it again
- B. The service manager must click Prepare for testing
- C. An IremboGov admin must activate it in the admin portal
- D. The officer must be assigned
Show the answer
C. Marketplace portals stay Waiting Approval for a new service until an admin (or partnership manager) activates them.
