What the applicant sees for each state
| Applicant sees |
Workflow state |
| Pending payment |
PAYMENT_PENDING |
| Submitted for Processing |
PENDING_ASSIGN_OFFICE, PENDING_OFFICER_PROCESSING |
| Request Approved |
APPROVED |
| Rejected / Action required |
REJECTED / PENDING_RESUBMISSION |
Gotcha · "Submitted for Processing" does not mean an officer has it
The applicant sees the same label while the application waits for an office and while an officer has it. An application stuck in PENDING_ASSIGN_OFFICE looks normal to the applicant (lesson D6).
Tip · email login on staging
The login opens on the phone number; click Use email instead to sign in with an email test account.
