Configure a complete simple service (overview, form with its conditional fields and date check, fixed pricing, workflow with officer approval, translations) from the Simple Service SRD example. The SRD gives every field key, rule, transition, notification text, translation and test case. Then:
- Prepare it for testing and run the SRD test cases on the Citizen Portal. The happy path (TC1) goes from apply and pay to an officer approval: the application reaches APPROVED.
- Test the unhappy paths: a rejection with a comment (TC5) or a correction loop (TC6), plus the conditional fields (TC3) and the date check (TC4).
- Switch the portal to Kinyarwanda and French and check every screen and message (TC8).
- Raise a ticket on the Irembo service desk with your full name, email, the change request name, the application numbers of TC1 and of TC5 or TC6, and your TC8 confirmation.
- Every field uses the required pattern; Country and City are hidden unless livesInRwanda is NO
- compareDateFields sits on the root of the form
- The workflow has endStateTwo on APPLY (free case) and the bill is generated for the paid case
- Every system event is system authorised; every officer event has ROLE_OFFICER
- The office in OFFICE_ASSIGNMENT exists and has an active officer
- Next-steps conditions are empty or valid JavaScript
- Kinyarwanda and French are filled
Tip · no certificate in this assignment
Assignment 1 ends at APPROVED with the approval notification. You design a certificate in lesson B9 and build one in Assignment 2. The reviewer looks up your application numbers in Kibana and checks the states they reached.
