Tip · write the summary for the applicant
Say in plain words what the applicant gets, who is eligible, what documents to prepare, the price and how long it takes. The citizen portal shows this on the service page before the Apply button.
Gotcha · switch on at least one applicant type
If neither Individual nor Business is on, nobody can apply once the service is live. The demo is for individuals only.
