A service manager account is created by an IremboHub admin. You receive an email, click the activation link and set your password. Then sign in at service-portal.staging.iremboinc.com. Always practise on staging, never on production.
An organization assigns you each service it wants built. The Service Management Portal calls every assignment a change request (CR): the first version of a new service, or an improvement of a live one.

Tip · read the SRD before you click Configure
The Requirement Doc button opens the Service Requirement Document (SRD) the organization uploaded. It is your specification: form fields, prices, states, notifications, certificate. The SRD structure is explained in SRD structure.
Your change request is in the Ready To Go Live tab and you spot a typo in the form. What can you do?
A. Only In Development change requests are editable. After QA approval the configuration is frozen for sign-off; after go-live every change is a new version (Service Improvement, lesson D3).
